About

Hello! I’m Kayla

Farm wife, mom, & kitchen adventurer

Hi, I’m Kayla — recipe developer, content creator, and the voice behind this space where cozy food, seasonal living, and garden inspiration come together.

What started as a passion for cooking wholesome meals and growing my own ingredients has grown into a platform dedicated to helping others create beautiful, nourishing moments at home. I believe good food doesn’t have to be complicated, and that the most meaningful meals are the ones shared around a table with the people you love.

My Story

My love for food began in the kitchen and expanded into the garden, where I discovered how deeply connected cooking and growing really are. There’s something grounding about harvesting fresh herbs, picking ripe produce, and turning it into a meal that feels both simple and special.

#ad | These Cowboy Burgers are a MUST this grilling season, and the ground beef I grabbed from my local @KrogerCo Family of Stores made them perfect for feeding a crowd.

Juicy, smoky, loaded with all the good stuff… aka the kind of burger that disappears the second it hits the table.

Save this for your next summertime cookout + drop “BURGER” 🍔 if you can’t wait to make these!

Simply toss everything into one pan, bake, and you’ve got a cozy, cheesy dinner that feels special without the stress

Made with @pomiusa chopped + strained tomatoes (the easiest way to get that rich, homemade flavor), tender chicken, and the BEST crispy, cheesy topping
Minimal effort with maximum flavor. Save this for sunday + tag your husband so he doesn’t miss the assignment.

This chicken bacon ranch skillet is an easy go to dinner that my entire family loves! I love to cook it on my @blackstoneproducts griddle, but it can also be done in a skillet on the stove (you’ll just need to cook in batches).

Let me know in the comments if you are ready for all of the outdoor cooking recipes for summer!

Garden hack you didn’t know you needed 🌱💧

I added a super simple PVC watering system to my raised beds and it has made watering SO much easier (and way more efficient).

Perfect for hot summer days, busy schedules, or if you just want a low-maintenance garden setup.

Save this for later + let me know if you want the full how-to! 👇🏼
