When I saw this tiramisu latte from NY I knew I needed to recreate it!

INGREDIENTS
Coffee
2 shots espresso
8 oz milk
1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup

Cold Foam
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp mascarpone
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
Cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS
In a glass filled with ice add coffee ingredients, mix to combine.

In a separate cup add cold foam ingredients and whisk together until well combined and frothy.

Pour cold foam over coffee and dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!

These French Onion Pork Chops have all the delicious flavors of a classic French onion soup with delicious thick cut pork chops.

Ingredients

Pork Chops:
6 thick cut pork chops
2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
French Onion Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
3 large white onions thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup greyre shredded
Instructions

In a small bowl combine all seasonings.

Season pork chops thoroughly and set aside.

Melt 2 tbsp butter into a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, and add the porkchops and sear on each side about 4 to 5 minutes. Place the pork chops onto a tray or sheet pan to hold while you make the french onion sauce.

Preheat oven to 350.

In the same skillet as you seared the pork chops, add another 2 tablespoons of butter if needed. Once hot and melted, add the onions, salt and pepper, and allow them to cook down and deeply caramelize for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions become very dark, soft and jammy.

Add in the garlic and thyme, wine, balsamic, and allow it to bubble up and reduce for about 30 seconds. Then pour in the beef stock and whisk or vigorously until smooth. Allow the French onion sauce to simmer to 5 minutes.

Nestle the pork chops into the onion sauce, and top them with some of the onions and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Homemade English muffins are a favorite in our house. They are super simple to make and absolute delicious.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups all purpose flour
1 & 1/4 cups water warm
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add in warm water and mix to combine. Cover and let rise for an hour or until mixture has doubled in size.

Pour some cornmeal onto a baking sheet. Set aside.
Once dough has risen pour onto a floured surface. They dough will be sticky. Gently press into a circle and divide into 8-12 segments.

Gently form each of the segments into a ball and place onto the prepared baking sheet (This helps prevent them from sticking). Repeat with each segment. Cover balls and allow to rise for an additional 25-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350.

Heat a skillet(or large griddle) to medium heat. Place balls into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side, then place onto a clean baking sheet. Repeat with remaining balls.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

NOTES
While baking the English muffins ins’t always necessary, I find it difficult to cook them entirely on the stove top without burning the exterior. Finishing them off in the oven has helped a ton!

INGREDIENTS
4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups water warm
1 tsp dry active or instant yeast
1 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl combine all four ingredients. Mix until there are no longer any dry bits in the bowl.  
Cover the bowl and let sit for 4-12 hours. Yes! The timeline is that forgiving! 
When the dough is done rising it will be sticky and bubbly. Pour onto a well floured counter.  
Gently fold the edges of the dough into the center to form a rough circle shape. Place into a bowl or proofing basket. Cover and allow to rise for another hour.  
While the dough is rising preheat the oven with a dutch oven to 450 degrees.  
Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and carefully place into the preheated dutch oven. Baked covered for 20 minutes.  
Uncover the bread and reduce temperature to 425, bake an additional 15-20 minutes.  
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1-2 hours before slicing.

These sourdough discard oatmeal breakfast cookies are made in one bowl in less than 30 minutes and never last more than 24 hours in our house.

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup sourdough discard
1 large egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. 
In a large bowl combine sourdough discard, egg, peanut butter, and maple syrup. 
Add in oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flaxseed, and chocolate chips. Mix to combine. 
Scoop onto a baking sheet and gently press down to desired thickness, these will not spread much. I like to make 6 large cookies vs 12 smaller cookies. 
Bake for 14-15 minutes for large cookies or 10-12 minutes for smaller cookies.

1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
3 egg yolks

10 oz cold brew coffee
1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp pistachio simple syrup
1 tbsp salted brown butter topping
