These white chocolate chai cookies add the perfect fall flavors to our bakery style cookie line up.
Ingredients
- Butter – all cookies start with a good base of butter. Unsalted is preferred for baking.
- Sugar – both granulated sugar and brown sugar are used.
- Egg – helps for the structure of the dough and ensure everything binds together properly.
- Vanilla Extract – give the perfect vanilla flavor to our cookies
- Flour – all purpose works best
- Chai Spice – you can make your own chai spice by combining 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon, and 1/4 teaspoon ground all spice
- Baking Powder and Baking Soda – I love the way that cookies turn out when using both.
- Salt – must need to balance all the flavors.
- White Chocolate Chips – for the perfect melty combination with the chai
