This Creamy Chicken, Broccoli, and Orzo Skillet is the perfect quick and easy one pan dinner!
Ingredients
- Chicken – I used rotisserie chicken to speed up the process, but you can also dice up a chicken breast and cooked it after the onion but before you add in the orzo and broth.
- Oil – I almost always use avocado or olive oil when cooking, but you can swap for whatever oil you have on hand.
- Onion – diced finely adds flavor to the dish.
- Broccoli – I used frozen, but fresh works great too!
- Orzo – you can swap out for rice here, but the cook time will need to be adjusted
- Heavy Cream – just a touch to add creaminess
- Cheese – I used cheddar, but any of your favorites would be great
- Seasonings – salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
