Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- Thyme for garnish
Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry
This ham and cheese puff pastry is great as an easy breakfast or delicious appetizer!
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- Thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 6 equal pieces.
- Spread dijon mustard onto each slice then layer with a piece of cheese and a slice of ham.
- Take two corners of the puff pastry and fold towards the middle and press to seal together. Place onto a baking sheet.
- Mix an egg into a small bowl and brush over the top of each pastry.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until gold brown and melty. Garnish with some fresh chopped thyme and enjoy!
