Ingredients for Sausage and Mushroom Gnocchi Skillet
- Olive Oil – used to sauté the mushrooms and sausage, can swap for your favorite cooking oil.
- Sausage – I used chicken sausage links, but ground sausage or german sausage links work great
- Mushrooms – I used mini portobella, but use your favorite here
- Gnocchi – skillet gnocchi from the refrigerator section is my favorite, but the dried gnocchi works great
- Tomato Sauce – just a can of tomato sauce, could be swapped for marinara
- Chicken Broth – helps to add liquid to cook the gnocchi
- Spinach – my family didn’t even care that I snuck in some greens here
- Parmesan Cheese – this can be easily left out if you want to make this dairy free, but the added flavor is so good!
- Seasonings – garlic, Italian, salt, and pepper
