Crispy bacon, parmesan cheese, savory herbs are all mixed together with eggs for a delicious frittata.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ lb bacon cooked + crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place butter into a cast iron skillet and place into oven to preheat skillet and melt butter.
  3. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, parmesan cheese, thyme and basil.
  4. Remove skillet from the oven and pour egg mixture into the pan. Place back into the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Top with mozzarella and crumbled bacon. Place back in oven until cheese has melted.
