  • ¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1&¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • crushed candy canes for sprinkling

  1. Add chocolate chips to a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan heat heavy cream until it starts to steam but hasn't bubbled.
  3. Pour heavy cream over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
