Simple and easy dinner recipes are my absolute favorite thing to share and these cheeseburger sliders fit the bill. I thrive on making easy dinners so much that I recently shared 7 days of super easy dinners that you won't feel guilty about serving over on Instagram and TikTok. Go check them out!

So what's in the sliders?

  • ground beef
  • onions
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • cheese
  • butter
  • Worcestershire sauce

In a pan with a little oil add thinly sliced onions. Cook them until caramelized, about 15 minutes. Remove the onions from the pan and add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. While the ground beef is cooking slice a package of Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half on a baking sheet. Layer the ground beef on the bottom roll, then add onions, shredded cheese, and top with other half of the rolls. Brush with melted butter with a splash of Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until butter is melted.

You could add any cheeseburger toppings you want. Diced pickles or cooked mushrooms are another favorite I would add.
