These homemade granola bars are not only are made of 5 simple ingredients, they are also super easy to make!

homemade chocolate chip granola bars

These granola bars are so simple and delicious. They are a favorite grab and go breakfast or snack around here. With five simple ingredients these should be a staple at your house!

homemade chocolate chip granola bars ingredients
  • Natural peanut butter – this binds the bars together, adds protein, healthy fats, and delicious flavor
  • Rolled Oats – they give these bars a perfect chewy texture.
  • Honey – this also helps everything bind together and gives another boost of sweetness.
  • Vanilla extract – who doesn’t love vanilla?
  • Chocolate chips – I prefer to use mini’s, but use whatever you have on hand! I’ve used dried fruit here also. Mini marshmallows would be so yummy to add in!

Personally, I love to mix these up with my stand mixer but you can totally mix them by hand or with a hand mixer. I promised simple, and I don’t think these can get much more simple! I throw all of the ingredients in the bowl and mix up! Occasionally, I will save the chocolate chips and just sprinkle them on top vs mixing them in, but both ways are incredibly yummy!

What do you like to mix into your granola bars? Let me know in the comments!

Girls day, but make it a little messy, a little creative, and a lot delicious.

I hosted the sweetest paint + pot afternoon with my friends. Just us, some blank pots, and zero pressure to be “good” at anything except having fun.

We painted, we laughed, we caught up on life… and of course, we ate really well:
🍋 Lemon blueberry cake
🍯 Garlic honey chicken with fresh peach salsa
🥙 Greek salad hummus bites

It’s wild how something this simple can fill your cup so much. No big production, just intentional time together, and honestly, we need more of that.

10/10 recommend hosting your girls, even if it’s not perfect. Especially if it’s not perfect 🤍

Who’s coming next time? 🫶

Buttery croissants, juicy beef, melty cheese, and caramelized onions, this Croissant Burger is your sign to upgrade burger night.

Crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, and loaded with flavor in every bite. Once you try burgers on croissants, there’s no going back.

Made this on the @blackstoneproducts and it turned out so good for an easy weeknight dinner.

Save this for your next cookout and let me know if you’re team croissant bun 👇

Episode 6 of building my dream garden 🌱

Episode 6 of building my dream garden 🌱

This week felt like a big one… we filled the beds (finally 🙌), built a trellis for the tomatoes, and got so much in the ground. Carrots, radishes, potatoes, and onions are officially planted, and I tucked strawberries into my @greenstalkgarden vertical planter which I’m way too excited about 🍓

The best part? Seeing what’s already thriving! Raspberries, peas, chives, and garlic are doing their thing and reminding me why I started all of this in the first place.

Slowly but surely, it’s all coming together 🤍

This is your sign that dinner doesn’t have to be complicated!

Garlic butter parmesan chicken + crispy smashed potatoes = chef’s kiss every single time.

Simple, cozy, and SO good. Keep this one in your weekly rotation.

And keep an eye out next time you’re at Walmart, the new Blackstone seasonings are hitting shelves near you.
