Ingredients for Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal
- Rolled Oats
- Cocoa Powder
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Greek Yogurt
- Chocolate Milk – I like to use a protein one like Fairlife for an added boost of protein
- Chocolate Chips
How to Make Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and place into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy.
Is the texture like oatmeal or more of an oatmeal cookie?
The texture is very much in the middle. It isn’t mushy like you think about with a bowl of oatmeal, but it doesn’t have the crisp chewiness of a cookie either.
Does it taste like a no bake cookie?
Besides the texture of cooked oats vs non-cooked oats, if you added in a little bit of peanut butter it would have the exact flavor of a no bake cookie!

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate milk
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips
