These super simple watermelon fries with vanilla honey lime dip is the perfect addition for your next bbq.

Ingredients for Watermelon Fries and Yogurt Dip

  • Watermelon - preferably seedless
  • Vanilla Yogurt - I love the Painterland Sisters brand (bonus for a little protein)
  • Lime Juice - I also like to add the zest to the dip for a little pretty green topping
  • Honey - I only added 1 tablespoon to balance the tartness of the lime, but add as much as you would like.

How to Make Watermelon Fries

  • Cut watermelon into fry shaped slices.
  • Combine yogurt, honey, and lime juice into a small bowl.
  • Serve immediately.
