Latest Coffee Obsession | Cloud Coffee

My latest obsession has been this new whipped delicious dream of a drink that I call Cloud Coffee. I have made it using both a hand mixer and an immersion blender and find the immersion blender is faster and creates a more frothy whipped coffee, where the hand blender takes a little longer and creates a creamier whipped coffee. Personally, I am all for getting that coffee made and in my systems as fast as possible so the frothier version is what I typically make.

I have also really been loving adding a little cinnamon or vanilla to the milk for a nice flavor variation.
