These air fryer chicken drumsticks are so simple and easy to make for dinner! The meat stays nice and juicy while the skin gets perfectly crispy.

We love cooking our chicken drumsticks on the BBQ, but sometimes I don’t want to stand outside in the rain to cook them. Enter the airfryer. You get perfectly juicy chicken with a crispy exterior skin.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

  • Chicken Drumsticks – these are one of my kid’s favorites and meat on the bone is SO good for you!
  • Seasonings – salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary
  • Oil – I prefer to use avocado oil, but use your favorite oil

That’s it! We are keeping dinner oh so simple!

How to Make Chicken Drumsticks in the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat dry the chicken drumsticks using paper towels to remove any excess moisture. This will help the skin to become crispy.
  • In a large bowl, add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried rosemary to the chicken drumsticks.
  • Drizzle the chicken drumsticks with avocado oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
  • Cook the drumsticks in the air fryer at 380F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) to ensure they are fully cooked.
  • Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

This chicken bacon ranch skillet is an easy go to dinner that my entire family loves! I love to cook it on my @blackstoneproducts griddle, but it can also be done in a skillet on the stove (you’ll just need to cook in batches).

Comment RECIPE for all the food details!

Girls day, but make it a little messy, a little creative, and a lot delicious.

I hosted the sweetest paint + pot afternoon with my friends. Just us, some blank pots, and zero pressure to be “good” at anything except having fun.

We painted, we laughed, we caught up on life… and of course, we ate really well:
🍋 Lemon blueberry cake
🍯 Garlic honey chicken with fresh peach salsa
🥙 Greek salad hummus bites

It’s wild how something this simple can fill your cup so much. No big production, just intentional time together, and honestly, we need more of that.

10/10 recommend hosting your girls, even if it’s not perfect. Especially if it’s not perfect 🤍

Who’s coming next time? 🫶
