If you were like me and use to think that sangria is only a summer drink I am here to prove you wrong. Most sangria recipes that I have found are peach of berry, which to me scream summer. However, apple cider is the quintessential fall drink to me. It’s one of those things that is only drank in the fall, so it just makes sense to be in a fall sangria recipe.
Ingredients
- Apple Cider
- Spiced Rum
- White Wine
- Club Soda
- Cinnamon Stick
- Apples
- Thyme
How to make Apple Cider Sangria
Combine everything into a large pitcher and store in fridge for a few hours (or overnight).

Apple Cider Sangria
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 1 bottle white wine 750 ml
- 1 cup club soda
- 2-3 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 apples diced
- 2-3 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- Combine everything into a large pitcher and store in fridge for a few hours (or overnight).
- Serve with some of the apples in a cup and enjoy!
