These chai sugar twists are made with puff pastry, brown sugar, and chai spice. They are so easy to make and super delicious!

Chai Sugar Twists
These chai sugar twists are so easy to make and are super delicious!
Ingredients
PASTRY
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chai spice
GLAZE
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1 tsp chai spice
- 2-3 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Roll the puff pastry out so it is slightly larger, about 12” long
- Spread butter on the first sheet of puff pastry. Sprinkle on brown sugar and chai spice. Layer on second sheet of puff pastry
- Cut into 1” sections. Take each side of the strip and gently twist. Then roll into a bun. Place onto a baking sheet and repeat with remaining strips.
- Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
- Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over buns once slightly cooled.
