This creamy chicken and corn pasta is the perfect weeknight meal that comes together in about 20 minutes.
What do I need for Chicken Bacon and Corn Pasta?
Chicken: I used rotisserie chicken to make this dinner quick and easy! If you don’t have any on hand you can easily take chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces and cook in the skillet prior to starting the recipe.
Bacon: I cooked bacon for breakfast and used the rest for dinner. However, you could also cut your bacon into small pieces and cook in the skillet prior to starting the recipe. If you are also cooking your chicken cook them together!
Corn: Fresh, frozen, or canned. Use whatever you have on hand!
Butter: used to sauté up the corn.
Parmesan: parmesan gives such a yummy nutty flavor to this meal. I love anything with warm!
Heavy Cream: this gives such a good creamy texture to the dish!
Seasonings: paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. We are keeping it simple today!
Pasta: This recipe uses penne, but any will work.
How to Make Chicken Bacon and Corn Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet melt butter.
- Add in corn, paprika, and chilli powder. Cook over medium heat until corn starts to char.
- Add in chicken and bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add in pasta and mix to combine. Top with fresh thyme and enjoy!

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups corn canned or frozen
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 1/2 lb rotisserie chicken chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked + crumbled
- 1 cup parmesan shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
