Crispy chicken has never been better with these Fried Chicken Bites. Inspired by the LC Valley Famous Bite Size Steak, these Chicken Bites are marinated, breaded, and fried to perfection.

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast – this can be swapped out for chicken tenderloin or boneless chicken thights
- Chicken Broth – for the marinade mixture
- Honey – for the marinade mixture
- Worcestershire Sauce – for the marinade mixture
- Seasonings – garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika
- Flour – for the breading
- Cornmeal – for the breading
- Cornstarch – for the breading
- Oil – for frying

How to Make Fried Chicken Bites
- Cut chicken breast into 1” cubes.
- Add chicken breast to a large bowl with remaining marinade mixture ingredients, mix to combine, cover and place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes – 2 hours.
- In a second large bowl add breading mixture ingredients. Mix to combine.
- Drain marinade from chicken and add chicken to the breading mixture. Toss to evenly coat chicken.
- Add 2-3 inches of Crisco to a deep pan and heat over medium heat until oil is approximately 350F. Use a thermometer for accuracy.
- Drop breaded chicken bites into heated oil being careful not to over crowd the oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crust is golden brown and chicken reads at least 165F.
- Carefully remove from the oil and place onto a wire cooling rack.
