These balsamic steak kebabs are bursting with flavor. From the balsamic vinegar marinade to the roasted cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients for Balsamic Steak Kebabs
- Steak – I prefer to use sirloin steak. It is a fairly economical cut, but not too tough.
- Balsamic Vinegar – marinating the steak adds a great depth of flavor
- BBQ Sauce – grab your favorite from the store or make your own. We are also using this to marinate.
- Rosemary – fresh is my favorite, but you can swap for 1/2 the amount in dried form.
- Garlic – minced
- Honey – a touch of sweetness to the marinade
- Bell Peppers – I love to use different colors to brighten the dish
- Red Onion – if you want a mellower flavor soak in ice water for 5-10 minutes
- Cherry Tomatoes – these taste amazing after being grilled
