Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas are filled with beef, onions, peppers and melted cheese and comes together in under 30 minutes.

The other day I was trying hard to figure out what to make for dinner. I knew I had ground beef thawed, but could not come up with something I wanted to make. In addition, I recently got myself a Blackstone Griddle and have been finding any excuse to use it! So when I saw that I also had peppers and onions I knew Cheesesteak Quesadillas were on the menu!

Ingredients for Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas

  • Tortillas – I made my homemade tortillas, but your favorite store bought ones will be great!
  • Beef – I had ground beef on hand, but you can also use your favorite thinly sliced steak or even chicken!
  • Bell Pepper – I used green, but add some color if you want
  • Onion – I usually use yellow onions
  • Cream Cheese – this helps to add extra creaminess to the filling
  • Seasoning – salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
  • Cheese – I used provolone, but swap for whatever you have on hand! I usually go between provolone or mozzarella

How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas

  • Brown ground beef over medium heat. Once beef is halfway cooked add in diced pepper, diced onion, and seasonings (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika).
  • Once the ground beef is fully cooked and the peppers and onions have softened add in cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and mix until well combined.
  • Assemble the quesadilla by layering tortilla, cheese, meat mixture, cheese, tortilla. Place quesadilla in a skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping and cooking an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Enjoy while the cheese is melty and hot.

Comment GRILL for both the recipes!

Grill girl summer is officially underway 🔥☀️

Turns out grilling is a whole lot less intimidating when you realize it’s basically just an outdoor oven with better flavor. Thanks @traegergrills.

Tri-tip for dinner, mixed berry cobbler for dessert, and not heating up the kitchen in the process? That feels like a win to me.

Also, respectfully, we are no longer leaving the grilling to the boys this summer.

This one is for those who don’t really like cake.

Homemade fresh mint chip ice cream, a fudgy cookie layer, and cookies & cream ice cream all stacked into one very perfect ice cream cake.

One of my favorite things about making desserts from scratch is getting to create flavor combinations you can’t always find at the store.

And honestly, that’s the fun of homemade, making exactly what you wish existed.

20 minute homemade ice cream?! This is going to be the best summer ever!

Watch me creating every flavor combo of my dreams this summer.

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇
