This Big Mac skillet is such an easy and delicious dinner to make! Loaded with potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and all your favorite burger toppings this will be a repeat dinner.
If there is one thing that will make me want to make a recipe on repeat it’s an easy one pan meal! This big mac skillet has big flavors all in a single pan dinner that the whole family will love.
Big Mac Skillet Ingredients
- Ground Beef – You could swap this for other ground meat as well, but we are very much a beef family!
- Onion – I use yellow or onion
- Seasonings – a combination of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and mustard
- Cheese – shredded cheddar is my preferred!
- Potatoes – I have used both diced Yukon and diced sweet potatoes and both are super yummy.
- Homemade Big Mac Sauce – so simple to make! With mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles
How to Make Big Mac Skillet
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a skillet add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until no longer pink.
- Season meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
- Add in diced potatoes, mix to combine. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the casserole bakes mix together Big Mac sauce ingredients.
- Once the casserole comes out of the oven top with sauce and favorite burger toppings.

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb yukon potatoes diced
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickles diced
- 1 tbsp onion diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a skillet add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until no longer pink.
- Season meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
- Add in diced potatoes, mix to combine. Top with shredded cheese.
