Ingredients for Creamy Garlic Burgers
Burgers
- Ground Beef – 80/20 is my favorite blend for burgers.
- Seasonings – salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, minced garlic
- Burger Buns – my homemade burger buns really take this over the top, or buy your favorite at the store
Creamy Sauce
- Butter – for sautéing the garlic
- Garlic – for added flavor
- Heavy Cream – for the perfect creamy bae
- Mozzarella – adding that ooey gooey element.
How to Make a Creamy Garlic Burger
- Preheat grill to 400.
- Mix together ground beef salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Shape into 6 patties.
- Place patties on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side.
- While patties are cooking saute butter and minced garlic in a medium sized pot until garlic is fragrant. Add in heavy cream. Heat over medium heat. Once the cream is warm add in shredded mozzarella cheese and whisk until cheese is melted.
- Assembly burger with bottom bun, patty, big scoop of creamy sauce, and top bun.

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 burger buns
Creamy Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400.
- Mix together ground beef salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Shape into 6 patties.
- Place patties on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes per side.
