This super easy sheet pan lasagna is stacked with sautéed ground beef and Italian sausage, marinara sauce, creamy ricotta, lasagna noodles and melty cheese for an amazing sheet pan dinner. No need to hassle with layering!

Easy Sheet Pan Lasagna

One of my favorite things about this sheet pan lasagna is the fact that we can skip the layering of all the mixture and cooking the lasagna noodles! This sheet pan dinner gives you all of flavors of lasagna in an easy dinner.

Easy Sheet Pan Lasagna Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef + Italian Sausage – The combination of these two is the perfect flavor combo
  • Marinara – Use your favorite jarred sauce.
  • Cheese – a combination of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan makes this super cheesy.
  • Egg – for the ricotta mixture, this could be left out if needed.
  • Seasoning – Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder
  • Lasagna Noodles – I skipped the boiling step to make this much easier!
Easy Sheet Pan Lasagna

How to Make Sheet Pan Lasagna

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large skillet brown ground beef and Italian sausage until no longer pink. Add in jar of marinara.
  • In a small bowl combine ricotta, egg, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning. Mix to combine.
  • Add half of the meat mixture to a large sheet pan (I used a half sheet pan), then break up the noodles into bite size pieces and layer on top of meat mixture.
  • Add remaining meat mixture and spread evenly over noodles. Since we did not precook the noodles, you will want to ensure that all of the noodles are covered in the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then dollop ricotta mixture on top.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and noodles are fully cooked.
  • OPTIONAL: Broil the mixture for the last 2-3 minutes to crisp up the top.

Tips for Success

Since we are using uncooked lasagna noodles to make the lasagna easier to make you want to make sure that all of the noodles are covered completely with sauce. This will ensure you do not get any crunchy pasta at the end. You can also check on the pasta halfway through to make sure there aren’t any pieces popping up.

Girls day, but make it a little messy, a little creative, and a lot delicious.

I hosted the sweetest paint + pot afternoon with my friends. Just us, some blank pots, and zero pressure to be “good” at anything except having fun.

We painted, we laughed, we caught up on life… and of course, we ate really well:
🍋 Lemon blueberry cake
🍯 Garlic honey chicken with fresh peach salsa
🥙 Greek salad hummus bites

It’s wild how something this simple can fill your cup so much. No big production, just intentional time together, and honestly, we need more of that.

10/10 recommend hosting your girls, even if it’s not perfect. Especially if it’s not perfect 🤍

Who’s coming next time? 🫶

Buttery croissants, juicy beef, melty cheese, and caramelized onions, this Croissant Burger is your sign to upgrade burger night.

Crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, and loaded with flavor in every bite. Once you try burgers on croissants, there’s no going back.

Made this on the @blackstoneproducts and it turned out so good for an easy weeknight dinner.

Save this for your next cookout and let me know if you’re team croissant bun 👇

Episode 6 of building my dream garden 🌱

This week
Episode 6 of building my dream garden 🌱

This week felt like a big one… we filled the beds (finally 🙌), built a trellis for the tomatoes, and got so much in the ground. Carrots, radishes, potatoes, and onions are officially planted, and I tucked strawberries into my @greenstalkgarden vertical planter which I’m way too excited about 🍓

The best part? Seeing what’s already thriving! Raspberries, peas, chives, and garlic are doing their thing and reminding me why I started all of this in the first place.

Slowly but surely, it’s all coming together 🤍
