Greek Salad Naan Bites with hummus are a quick and easy appetizer made with fresh veggies, feta, and olives. Perfect for parties, snacks, or easy entertaining.

If you need a quick, fresh, and crowd-pleasing appetizer—these Greek Salad Naan Bites with Hummus are exactly what to make.

They’re light, flavorful, and come together in minutes, which makes them perfect for hosting, last-minute gatherings, or even a simple snack that feels a little elevated. Think: creamy hummus, crisp veggies, briny olives, and salty feta all layered onto warm, toasty naan.

It’s everything you love about a classic Greek salad, turned into the easiest handheld bite.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Quick and easy: Ready in just 15 minutes
  • No-fuss entertaining: Perfect for parties, showers, or girls’ nights
  • Fresh and flavorful: Bright, herby, and perfectly balanced
  • Customizable: Easy to adapt based on what you have on hand

Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Naan Bites

  • Mini naan bread – The perfect soft and slightly chewy base that crisps up beautifully when warmed. You can swap with pita, flatbread, or even crackers for a different texture.
  • Hummus – Adds a creamy, savory layer that ties everything together. Use classic hummus or switch it up with roasted red pepper or garlic for extra flavor.

For the Greek Salad Topping

  • Cucumber – Adds a refreshing crunch that balances the creaminess of the hummus. English cucumbers work especially well, but any variety will do.
  • Tomatoes – Bring juiciness and a slight sweetness. Cherry or grape tomatoes are great for a firmer texture.
  • Red onion – Adds a sharp, slightly spicy bite. If you prefer a milder flavor, soak it in water for a few minutes or swap with shallots.
  • Kalamata olives – Provide that signature briny, salty flavor that makes this taste like a true Greek-inspired dish. Black olives can be used as a substitute.
  • Feta cheese – Adds a creamy, tangy finish that pulls everything together. Goat cheese or a dairy-free alternative works if needed.
  • Extra virgin olive oil – Enhances all the flavors and adds richness. Use a good-quality oil here for the best taste.
  • Dried oregano – Brings that classic Mediterranean flavor. You can use fresh oregano if you have it on hand.
  • Salt & black pepper – Helps balance and highlight all the ingredients.

How to Make Greek Salad Naan Bites

Start by preparing your Greek salad mixture. In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle in oregano, salt, and pepper, and toss everything together until well combined.

Next, lightly warm or toast your naan so it’s soft with just a bit of crisp on the edges.

Spread a layer of hummus over each piece of naan, then spoon the Greek salad mixture right on top.

Finish with fresh herbs if you’d like, and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Tips for the Best Naan Bites

  • Serve fresh: These are best assembled right before serving so the naan doesn’t get soggy
  • Dice small: Keeping everything finely chopped makes each bite perfectly balanced
  • Use quality olive oil: It really makes a difference in a simple recipe like this
  • Warm the naan: Even a quick toast elevates the texture

Make It Your Own

These bites are incredibly versatile, which makes them perfect for customizing.

  • Add grilled chicken for a more filling option
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a sweet-savory twist
  • Swap hummus for tzatziki for a more traditional Greek flavor
  • Add chopped romaine for extra crunch and volume

The Perfect Easy Appetizer

Whether you’re hosting a summer gathering, building a snack board, or just want something quick and fresh, these Greek Salad Naan Bites are one of those recipes that always delivers.

They’re simple, beautiful, and full of bright, Mediterranean-inspired flavors—exactly the kind of dish that keeps everyone coming back for another bite.

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇

Episode 9 of the garden series and the garden is finally starting to fill in 🌱✨

This week I planted:🌶️ Peppers with onions, cilantro and marigolds🫘 Beans alongside potatoes and marigolds🥒 Cucumbers with dill, carrots, and radishes🌸 PLUS all the flowers — zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, strawflower, celosia, and feverfew

I love companion planting because every plant has a purpose. Some help attract pollinators, some deter pests, and some simply help maximize space in the garden beds. And honestly… mixing veggies and flowers together just makes the garden feel magical. 🌼🐝

The vision is finally starting to come together and I cannot wait to see everything explode with growth over the next few weeks.

Which plant are you most excited to watch grow this season? 👇

Tomato season is officially underway 🍅🌱

I finally got all of my tomato plants in the ground and filled the beds in with some of my favorite companion plants too! Not only do they help maximize space, but they also help attract pollinators, improve soil health, and keep pests away naturally.

This year I’m planting:
✨ Basil – helps improve flavor + keeps pests away
✨ Marigolds – a garden must for pest control
✨ Onions – great companions for tomatoes
✨ Zinnias - not only are they pretty to look at, but they are great for attracting pollinators

One of my favorite gardening tips is to never leave bare soil if you can help it. Filling in around your tomatoes makes the garden more productive AND prettier.

Also, something I didn’t talk about is mulching my plants. I use grass clippings BEFORE my husband has done any kind of spraying on the lawn. This helps with moisture retention and controlling weeds!

Now we wait for those summer tomato sandwiches 🍅
