My kids absolutely LOVE when I make mini meatloaves. They are super simple to make and bake up in less time than a full size meatloaf.
Ingredients
- Ground Beef – could swap for your favorite ground meat as well.
- Garlic – fresh minced is great, or you could swap for 1 tsp garlic powder
- Onion – finely diced is key. We don’t want large chunks in the meatloaf. I will sometimes run it through a cheese grater!
- Shredded Cheese – perfect for a cheesy bite
- Seasonings – salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika
- Bread Crumbs – if I’m out I will swap for ground up Ritz crackers also.
- Egg – helps to hold everything together.
