These air fryer cinnamon sugar pumpkin donut bites are so easy to make and an absolutely delicious way to kickstart pumpkin season.
Ingredients
- Flour – all purpose works best.
- Yogurt – greek or skyr yogurt is a must. My favorite brand is Painterland Sister’s Icelandic Skyr.
- Pumpkin Puree – NOT pumpkin pie filling.
- Baking Soda + Powder – a combination of both to help the donuts puff up.
- Salt – for flavor
- Pumpkin Pie Spice + Cinnamon
- Sugar – granulated sugar is best, but I love using course sugar as well.
