Ingredients
- Frozen Pineapple
- Frozen Dragon Fruit
- Coconut Milk
- Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Chia Seeds
How to make a pineapple dragon fruit smoothie
- OPTIONAL: In a small bowl combine 1 tbsp greek yogurt with chia seeds (if using). Take this mixture and smear onto the inside of a 16-20 oz cup. This creates the dragonfruit like look on the inside of your glass.
- In a blender add frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, 1/4 cup coconut milk, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into your prepared glass.
- Add frozen dragonfruit to the blender and remaining coconut milk (if needed). Blend until smooth and carefully pour on top of the pineapple mixture to create a layered smoothie.
- Enjoy immediately.
