Ingredients you will need:
- Rice: I used the Minute Spanish Rice Cups.
- Chicken: I used rotisserie chicken to speed up the process.
- Salsa Verde: you can also swap for regular salsa
- Taco Seasoning: to flavor up the meat mixture
- Black Beans: drained and rinsed
- Corn Tortillas: they crisp up perfectly in the oven almost like little chips on top of the skillet
How to Make Salsa Verde Chicken Skillet
- In a skillet over medium heat add shredded rotisserie chicken, black beans, taco seasoning, salsa verde and Minute Spanish Rice Cups. Mix to combine and cook until everything has warmed up.
- Cut corn tortillas into quarters and place on top of chicken mixture.
- Place into oven and broil for 4-5 minutes or until the tortillas start to crisp up.
- Enjoy as is or top with salsa and sour cream.

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cups salsa verde
