This Starbucks CopyCat Pistachio Cream Cold Brew has all the flavors of the coffeeshop at home! With homemade pistachio syrup and from scratch salted brown butter topping stay home and cozy up.

When the craving for a refreshing, nutty cold brew hits, nothing compares to Starbucks’ Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. This fan-favorite drink combines smooth cold brew coffee with a sweet pistachio cream topping, creating a perfect balance of flavors. But what if you could recreate this delightful beverage at home? With our Starbucks Copycat Pistachio Cream Cold Brew recipe, you can enjoy this delicious drink anytime without leaving the comfort of your kitchen.

Ingredients you will need:

  • Salted Butter – for the salted browned butter topping
  • Sugar – course sugar for the topping and granulated sugar for the syrup
  • Pistachios – for the simple syrup
  • Heavy Cream – for the cold foam
  • Cold Brew – homemade or store bought
  • Vanilla Syrup – homemade or store bought

How to Make Starbucks Copycat Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

Salted Brown Butter Topping

  • Place the butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, the butter will begin to foam. Keep stirring until the butter begins to turn a light amber color. The foam will subside and you will have little brown specks (milk solids) at the bottom of the pan. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Once butter has cooled, add in course sugar and mix to combine. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, spread in an even layer, and place into the freezer to harden.
  • Crumble mixture with your hands and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Pistachio Simple Syrup

  • Using a knife or a blender. Chop the pistachios into a fine chop.
  • In a medium saucepan add pistachios, water, and sugar and bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat to medium-low and simmer until the mixture has slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer over a bowl to separate the liquid. Lightly pressing on the mixture to extract all the liquid.
  • Carefully transfer the liquid into a container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

  • In a cup combine heavy cream and pistachio simple syrup. Whisk or froth together until the mixture forms a loose foam consistency.
  • Add ice, cold brew, and vanilla syrup to a glass. Top with pistachio cold foam and a sprinkle of the salted browned butter topping and enjoy!

This one is for those who don’t really like cake.

Homemade fresh mint chip ice cream, a fudgy cookie layer, and cookies & cream ice cream all stacked into one very perfect ice cream cake.

One of my favorite things about making desserts from scratch is getting to create flavor combinations you can’t always find at the store.

And honestly, that’s the fun of homemade, making exactly what you wish existed.

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇

Episode 9 of the garden series and the garden is finally starting to fill in 🌱✨

This week I planted:🌶️ Peppers with onions, cilantro and marigolds🫘 Beans alongside potatoes and marigolds🥒 Cucumbers with dill, carrots, and radishes🌸 PLUS all the flowers — zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, strawflower, celosia, and feverfew

I love companion planting because every plant has a purpose. Some help attract pollinators, some deter pests, and some simply help maximize space in the garden beds. And honestly… mixing veggies and flowers together just makes the garden feel magical. 🌼🐝

The vision is finally starting to come together and I cannot wait to see everything explode with growth over the next few weeks.

Which plant are you most excited to watch grow this season? 👇
