Indulge in this easy Tiramisu Latte made with bold espresso, vanilla syrup, and a creamy mascarpone cold foam. A dessert-inspired iced coffee ready in minutes!

If you love the rich flavors of tiramisu and can’t resist a good coffeehouse-style drink, this Tiramisu Latte is your new favorite recipe. Made with bold espresso, smooth vanilla, and a luxurious mascarpone cold foam, this iced latte captures the essence of the classic Italian dessert — in drinkable form.

Perfect for a cozy morning, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a fancy brunch, this latte is sweet, creamy, and indulgent with every sip.

Why You’ll Love This Tiramisu Latte

  • Inspired by Dessert: This latte is a nod to everyone’s favorite Italian dessert, complete with creamy mascarpone and a dusting of cocoa powder.
  • Coffeehouse-Style at Home: No need to leave the house or spend $7 — this drink feels fancy but takes just minutes to make.
  • Perfectly Balanced: Sweet, creamy, and strong — it hits all the right notes.

Ingredients

Coffee

  • Espresso – if you don’t have an espresso machine you can use combine 2 tbsp water with 2 tsp instant coffee
  • Milk – I love to use whole milk for a creamier consistency, but use your favorite milk here.
  • Vanilla Syrup – I make homemade syrups, but your favorite store bought is great also.

Cold Foam

  • Heavy Cream
  • Mascarpone
  • Vanilla syrup – again, homemade is a game changer
  • Cocoa powder – for dusting the top (DON’T SKIP)

How to Make a Tiramisu Latte

  1. Build the Coffee Base
Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over ice in a tall glass. Add milk and vanilla syrup, then stir to combine.
  2. Make the Mascarpone Cold Foam
In a small bowl or cup, whisk together heavy cream, mascarpone, and vanilla syrup until smooth and frothy. A handheld frother works great for this step.
  3. Assemble the Latte
Spoon or pour the cold foam over the coffee mixture. Dust the top with a light sprinkle of cocoa powder to finish.
  4. Enjoy Immediately
Serve with a straw or a sip lid for the full foam-on-lips effect!

Tips for the Perfect Tiramisu Latte

  • Don’t skip the cocoa powder! It adds that signature tiramisu flavor and ties the whole drink together.
  • Adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of vanilla syrup — or swap in a coffee liqueur syrup for a bolder twist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this without an espresso machine?

Yes! Combine 2 tbsp of water with 2 tsp instant coffee.

What does mascarpone do in this recipe?

Mascarpone gives the cold foam a rich, creamy texture that’s reminiscent of tiramisu’s classic filling.

Is this drink sweet?

It’s lightly sweet from the vanilla syrup, but you can adjust to taste — or go sugar-free if you prefer.

Final Thoughts

This Tiramisu Latte is a dreamy blend of espresso, vanilla, and creamy mascarpone foam that brings café vibes right to your kitchen. It’s the kind of drink that feels like a treat but is easy enough to make every day. Whether you’re treating yourself or impressing guests, this dessert-inspired coffee will become a go-to favorite.

Tomato season is officially underway 🍅🌱

I finally got all of my tomato plants in the ground and filled the beds in with some of my favorite companion plants too! Not only do they help maximize space, but they also help attract pollinators, improve soil health, and keep pests away naturally.

This year I’m planting:
✨ Basil – helps improve flavor + keeps pests away
✨ Marigolds – a garden must for pest control
✨ Onions – great companions for tomatoes
✨ Zinnias - not only are they pretty to look at, but they are great for attracting pollinators

One of my favorite gardening tips is to never leave bare soil if you can help it. Filling in around your tomatoes makes the garden more productive AND prettier.

Also, something I didn’t talk about is mulching my plants. I use grass clippings BEFORE my husband has done any kind of spraying on the lawn. This helps with moisture retention and controlling weeds!

Now we wait for those summer tomato sandwiches 🍅

Juicy, smoky, loaded with all the good stuff… aka the kind of burger that disappears the second it hits the table.

Save this for your next summertime cookout + drop “BURGER” 🍔 if you can’t wait to make these!
