Honey Glazed Rainbow Carrots

These honey glazed carrots are the perfect side that will make everyone in the family happy! They have the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Ingredients

  • Carrots - I used rainbow carrots because they are pretty, but any carrots work!
  • Butter - unsalted butter is best
  • Honey - for the perfect amount of sweetness
  • Seasoning - salt, pepper, and thyme

How to Make Honey Glazed Carrots

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Wash, peel and cut carrots into even sizes.
  • In a small bowl combine melted butter, honey, salt and pepper.
  • Pour honey mixture over top the carrots and mix to combine.
  • Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  • Enjoy with an extra drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.

  • 1 lb carrots
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh thyme

  1. Preheat oven to 400* F.
