Ingredients for Bacon Cheeseburger Kebabs
- Ground Beef – for the base of our mini burger patties
- Bacon – cooked and cut into 1″ pieces ready to be assembled on the kebabs
- Burger Buns – these get a little toasty while on the BBQ
- Seasonings – salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika for the kebabs
- Cheese – I like to use cheddar, but your preferred kind is perfect
- Burger Topping – Lettuce, Pickles, etc
How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Kebabs
- Preheat grill to 400.
- Combine ground beef with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
- Take small scoops of ground beef to form 1 inch “mini patties”
- On a skewer add your mini patties, bacon, onion, burger bun, and other toppings. (I prefer to leave pickles and lettuce off the skewer and add them on after cooking)
- Place skewers on grill and cook for 7-9 minutes and flip and cook for an additional 7-9 minutes adding cheese on the burger patties the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
