This BBQ Whiskey Chicken Thighs are the perfect protein for your next summer BBQ.
Ingredients for Whiskey Chicken
- Whiskey – use your favorite whiskey for drinking. The alcohol will cook off, leaving just the flavor behind.
- Pineapple Juice – is great for breaking down any tissue resulting in a more tender protein.
- BBQ Sauce – use your favorite from the store or make your own.
- Chicken Thighs – Can also swap for chicken breasts or chicken drumsticks!
- Seasonings – garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
How to Make Grilled Whiskey Chicken
- Whisk together whiskey, pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and let marinate 4-6 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
- Brush with additional BBQ sauce before removing from grill, if desired.

- 8 chicken thighs

Instructions
