These cinnamon roll pancakes give you all the cinnamon roll flavors without the work!
Ingredients
- Flour – all purpose works best
- Sugar – Granulated for the pancake and brown sugar for the swirl
- Baking Powder – for ultra fluffy pancakes
- Salt – to balance the sweetness
- Cinnamon – for the pancake and the swirl
- Egg – for structure
- Milk – I use whole milk, but you can use your favorite (including dairy free)
- Butter – for the cinnamon swirl and for cooking
How to make Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
- In a small bowl combine filling ingredients until well combined. Add to a piping bag and cut the tip off.
- In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
- Add in egg, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix to combine, but do not over mix.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add butter to the skillet.
- Add 1/4 – 1/3 cup batter to the skillet. Add a cinnamon swirl starting in the middle towards the outside.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all batter has turned into delicious pancakes.
- Top with syrup and additional butter for ultimate results.
