Why You’ll Love This Cranberry Latte

  • Festive and flavorful – Tart cranberry pairs beautifully with rich espresso and creamy milk.
  • Homemade syrup magic – Made with just cranberry juice and sugar for a vibrant, natural flavor.
  • Easy to make – Whip it up in under 10 minutes, right at home.
  • Perfect for the holidays – A cozy seasonal latte that feels special without being complicated.

Ingredients

For the Cranberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail

For the Cranberry Latte

  • 1–2 tbsp cranberry simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 8 oz milk (dairy or non-dairy)

For the Vanilla Cold Foam (optional, for iced version)

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

Instructions

Make the Cranberry Simple Syrup:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and cranberry juice.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Let cool and store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 weeks.

Make the Cranberry Latte:

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a large mug, add cranberry simple syrup and espresso. Stir to combine.
  3. Steam or froth your milk until hot and creamy, then pour over the espresso mixture.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg, or dried cranberries (optional).

For an Iced Version:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and add cranberry syrup and milk.
  2. Pour the espresso over top.
  3. Make the vanilla cold foam by frothing the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup until thickened.
  4. Spoon the cold foam on top and enjoy!

Serving Ideas

  • Drizzle a little extra cranberry syrup on top for a pretty pink swirl.
  • Add a touch of orange zest or vanilla extract to the syrup for a citrusy twist.
  • For extra holiday flair, top with whipped cream and crushed dried cranberries.

Tips for the Perfect Latte

  • Use whole milk for the creamiest texture.
  • Adjust syrup sweetness to taste — start with 1 tablespoon and add more if you like it sweeter.
  • Try chilling the syrup before making an iced version for the best flavor balance.

This one is for those who don’t really like cake.

Homemade fresh mint chip ice cream, a fudgy cookie layer, and cookies & cream ice cream all stacked into one very perfect ice cream cake.

One of my favorite things about making desserts from scratch is getting to create flavor combinations you can’t always find at the store.

And honestly, that’s the fun of homemade, making exactly what you wish existed.

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇

Episode 9 of the garden series and the garden is finally starting to fill in 🌱✨

This week I planted:🌶️ Peppers with onions, cilantro and marigolds🫘 Beans alongside potatoes and marigolds🥒 Cucumbers with dill, carrots, and radishes🌸 PLUS all the flowers — zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, strawflower, celosia, and feverfew

I love companion planting because every plant has a purpose. Some help attract pollinators, some deter pests, and some simply help maximize space in the garden beds. And honestly… mixing veggies and flowers together just makes the garden feel magical. 🌼🐝

The vision is finally starting to come together and I cannot wait to see everything explode with growth over the next few weeks.

Which plant are you most excited to watch grow this season? 👇
