- fresh tyme to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- On a large sheet pan place cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, basil, and thyme.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place in oven and bake for 45-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and carefully press the tomatoes to squeeze out some of the remaining juice.
- Place back into the oven and bake for another 45-60 minutes.
