No Yeast Lemon Blueberry Donut Holes

Donuts are a fan favorite in our house (as I'm sure they are at your). The process of making a yeasted and fried donut is a lot, so it rarely happens. This Lemon Blueberry No Yeast Donut Recipe is made with no yeast, in the air fryer (or oven) and turn out perfectly fluffy every single time. No need to pull out the deep fry them to get a great result.

No Yeast Donut Hole Ingredients

Flour - all purpose is used here, if you want an even lighter result you could swap for cake flour.

Icelandic Skyr - this can be swapped for greek yogurt, but iceland skyr is my favorite.

Baking Soda/Powder - both are used to help get a nice fluffy result.

Lemon - both the zest and the juice are used to get a great lemony flavor.

Wild Blueberries - fresh or frozen. I prefer wild blueberries as they are typically a little smaller than regular blueberries.

Butter - brushed on the top of the donuts before baking to help the sugar cook and brown everything up.

Sugar - granulated for a lemon sugar topping.
