This Cinnamon Roll Stuffed French Toast gives all the flavors of a cinnamon roll without the work! Cinnamon roll filling between two slices of brioche bread topped with a creamy glaze your whole family will love this.

Cinnamon rolls are always a special occasion, but sometimes you want all the flavors of gooey cinnamon rolls without the work and rise time! That’s where this Cinnamon Roll Stuffed French Toast comes into play. With brioche bread, gooey cinnamon roll filling, and a cinnamon roll glaze you won’t even miss the fluffy cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients

  • Brioche Bread – brioche has a really great buttery rich flavor that resembles cinnamon roll dough, but any bread works.
  • Butter – for the cinnamon roll filling
  • Brown Sugar – for the cinnamon roll filling
  • Cinnamon – for the cinnamon roll filling
  • Eggs – can you have French toast without eggs?
  • Heavy Cream – upping the richness by using heavy cream in the egg mixture instead of milk. Can swap for milk or half and half. Also used in the glaze.
  • Vanilla – I used vanilla bean paste, but vanilla extract works just as well.
  • Powdered Sugar – for the cinnamon roll glaze
  • Cream Cheese – for the cinnamon roll glaze

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the cinnamon roll glaze in a small bowl. Set aside for later.
  • In a small bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
  • Spread butter mixture onto half of the slices of bread, then top with remaining slices of bread to make a sandwich.
  • In a shallow pan add eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream. Mix to combine.
  • Dip each sandwich of bread into egg mixture, allowing the sandwich to absorb the liquid for a minute or two on each side.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  • Add bread to the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown (about 2 minutes) then flip and cook until golden brown again. Repeat with all sandwiches.
  • Top each sandwich with glaze and enjoy immediately.

Help me plan my 2026 garden renovation!

I already have my new greenhouse! I got the @yardistry.structures from @costco.

My husband will be tearing down told play structure and I’ll have so much space to work with.

I just need help determining which direction to place the greenhouse and beds.

Also, is there anything I NEED to make sure to include when planning?

These French Onion Scones are flaky, savory, and packed with caramelized onions, Gruyère cheese, and fresh thyme.

Ingredients
For the Scones:
2½ cups all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
12 tbsp cold butter grated
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup gruyere cheese shredded
1 tsp thyme
1/4 cup heavy cream
flakey salt

French Onions
2 onions
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
French Onions
Add butter to skillet. Once hot and melted, add the onions, salt and pepper, and allow them to cook down and deeply caramelize for about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions become very dark, soft and jammy.
Add in the garlic, Worcestershire, and balsamic vinegar, and allow it to bubble up and reduce for about 30 seconds. Allow mixture to simmer until reduced.
Set aside to cool.
Scones
Preheat oven to 350℉. In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
With a cheese grater, grate your cold butter and mix into dry ingredients with your hands until it reaches a crumbly texture.
Create a well in the center of your bowl and add egg and buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
Fold in shredded cheese and french onions; you want the dough to be just sticky enough to stick to your hands.
Pour mixture onto a floured surface and shape into a circle. Cut into 6-8 scones, the same way you would a pizza. Then place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush with heavy cream, sprinkle with flakey salt and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden on edges.
