This cozy Teddy Graham Latte is made with honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon for a nostalgic, graham cracker-inspired flavor. Topped with vanilla cold foam, it’s the perfect cozy coffee drink.

If you’re the kind of person who loves a childhood snack turned into a coffeehouse-style drink, this Teddy Graham Latte is about to become your new favorite. It’s sweet, nostalgic, and cozy with honey, brown sugar, and optional cinnamon that echo the flavor of everyone’s favorite graham cracker bear cookies.

Whether you’re savoring slow mornings or need a pick-me-up that feels like a hug in a cup, this latte brings all the comfort and creativity of a coffee shop right to your kitchen.

Why You’ll Love This Teddy Graham Latte

  • 🐻 Tastes like graham crackers in a cup – Think warm honey, a hint of cinnamon, and mellow brown sugar.
  • ☕ No special equipment needed – Just espresso, milk, and a simple handheld frother.
  • 🍯 Perfect for fall or cozy mornings – Like a hug in latte form.
  • 🧊 Great iced or hot – Versatile for every season.

Ingredients Breakdown

For the Latte:

  • Honey – Naturally sweet and floral, honey is the base flavor note and gives the drink its signature graham-cracker vibe. You can sub maple syrup if you’re out!
  • Brown sugar – Adds a warm, molasses-rich depth that complements the espresso beautifully.
  • Ground cinnamon – OPTIONAL – That cozy, spicy flavor that ties it all together,
  • Espresso – Two shots of your favorite espresso give this drink the kick it needs. If you don’t have an espresso machine, strong brewed coffee or instant espresso works too.
  • Milk – Use your preferred milk (whole, oat, almond, etc.). Whole milk gives the creamiest result.

For the Vanilla Cold Foam:

  • Heavy cream & milk – This combo froths up into a rich, velvety foam. It floats perfectly on top of the drink.
  • Vanilla syrup – Adds subtle sweetness and a creamy, dreamy finish. You can also use homemade vanilla simple syrup or even a splash of vanilla extract plus sweetener.

How to Make a Teddy Graham Latte

  1. Make the Vanilla Cold Foam
In a small cup, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup using a handheld frother until thick and fluffy. This usually takes 20–30 seconds. Set aside.
  2. Sweeten the Espresso
In a small glass or cup, add honey and brown sugar. Brew your espresso shots directly over the mixture. Stir until fully combined—the warm espresso helps everything dissolve.
  3. Assemble the Drink
In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in your milk of choice. Then add the espresso mixture. Top generously with your vanilla cold foam. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
Give it a little stir or sip as-is and savor every cozy, sweet, cinnamon-kissed sip.

Hot or Iced?

You can make this Teddy Graham Latte hot by skipping the ice and steaming your milk before adding the espresso. The cold foam still works beautifully on top of a hot latte, or you can leave it off entirely and just mix the vanilla syrup into the milk for a warmer version.

Optional Toppings:

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed graham crackers on top
  • A drizzle of honey over the foam
  • A tiny Teddy Graham cookie on the rim (for fun and Instagram!)

One of my favorite things about making things homemade is getting to create something you wish existed in the world.

I wanted the nostalgic crunch of those strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars… but with raspberry and an actual cheesecake twist. So naturally I had to make it happen.

And honestly? This might be one of those recipes that makes you stop after the first bite and think, where has this been my whole life?

Sweet, creamy, crunchy, raspberry perfection.

Would you try raspberry over strawberry? 👇

Episode 9 of the garden series and the garden is finally starting to fill in 🌱✨

This week I planted:🌶️ Peppers with onions, cilantro and marigolds🫘 Beans alongside potatoes and marigolds🥒 Cucumbers with dill, carrots, and radishes🌸 PLUS all the flowers — zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, strawflower, celosia, and feverfew

I love companion planting because every plant has a purpose. Some help attract pollinators, some deter pests, and some simply help maximize space in the garden beds. And honestly… mixing veggies and flowers together just makes the garden feel magical. 🌼🐝

The vision is finally starting to come together and I cannot wait to see everything explode with growth over the next few weeks.

Which plant are you most excited to watch grow this season? 👇

Tomato season is officially underway 🍅🌱

I finally got all of my tomato plants in the ground and filled the beds in with some of my favorite companion plants too! Not only do they help maximize space, but they also help attract pollinators, improve soil health, and keep pests away naturally.

This year I’m planting:
✨ Basil – helps improve flavor + keeps pests away
✨ Marigolds – a garden must for pest control
✨ Onions – great companions for tomatoes
✨ Zinnias - not only are they pretty to look at, but they are great for attracting pollinators

One of my favorite gardening tips is to never leave bare soil if you can help it. Filling in around your tomatoes makes the garden more productive AND prettier.

Also, something I didn’t talk about is mulching my plants. I use grass clippings BEFORE my husband has done any kind of spraying on the lawn. This helps with moisture retention and controlling weeds!

Now we wait for those summer tomato sandwiches 🍅

#ad | These Cowboy Burgers are a MUST this grilling season, and the ground beef I grabbed from my local @KrogerCo Family of Stores made them perfect for feeding a crowd.

Juicy, smoky, loaded with all the good stuff… aka the kind of burger that disappears the second it hits the table.

Save this for your next summertime cookout + drop “BURGER” 🍔 if you can’t wait to make these!
